1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires) and complete our age verification before using discovery, messaging, circles or events. You may hold only one personal account. Couples link two individual accounts.
2. Your account
You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email. Keep access to your email and devices secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account, and you can sign out of any device at any time.
3. Community standards
You agree to follow our community standards. In particular: consent is required for every interaction; no purchase or gift entitles anyone to attention or consent; and solicitation, compensated dating and requests for money are prohibited.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to the members you choose, according to your visibility settings. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share, or images of anyone without their consent.
5. Membership and purchases
Core features are free. Premium membership is billed annually through the channel you choose (our website, the App Store or Google Play) and renews unless cancelled. Refunds follow the policy of the channel you purchased through and applicable law. Safety, consent and privacy controls are never paid features.
6. Gifts
Where available, gifts are optional gestures between matched members who have chosen to receive them. Gifts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or withdrawn, and never unlock contact, content or any other entitlement.
7. Safety, moderation and enforcement
We may review reported content, restrict features, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. We’ll give reasons where we can, and you may appeal. We may place an immediate protective hold where we suspect underage access or serious harm.
8. Events and meeting in person
Hosts are responsible for the gatherings they organise, and members are responsible for their own conduct and safety. We verify certain information but cannot guarantee any member’s identity or behaviour. Please take care when meeting anyone.
9. Ending your membership
You can delete your account at any time from the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Changes
We’ll tell you about material changes before they take effect.
